Garlic Overload Burgers with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 burger buns
 - Lettuce, tomato, and onion (optional toppings)
 
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 burger patties.
 - Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
 - While the burgers are cooking, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
 - Toast the burger buns and assemble the burgers by adding the patties to the buns, topping with the creamy garlic sauce and optional lettuce, tomato, and onion.
