Garlic-Infused Cheesy Chicken Wraps with a Creamy Sauce

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are the perfect balance of creamy and crispy, with layers of garlicky goodness in every bite. The tender chicken is coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, then wrapped in a warm tortilla and baked until golden brown. They make a delicious dinner or lunch option that’s easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
 - 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
 - Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
 - In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and fresh parsley (if using) to create a creamy garlic sauce.
 - To assemble the wraps, lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla.
 - Add the sliced chicken, spinach leaves (if using), and tomatoes (if using) on top of the sauce.
 - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly into a wrap.
 - Place the wraps seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
 - Remove from the oven, slice into halves, and serve warm.
