  1. Ingredients:

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken bites: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Add chicken pieces, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Toss the chicken back into the skillet and stir to coat evenly. Garnish with parsley and keep warm.
  4. Prepare the creamy Parmesan sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Assemble: Plate the creamy Parmesan pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken bites. Serve immediately.
