
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece with your fingers.
- Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece, then wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, and enjoy the cheesy goodness inside!
