  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece with your fingers.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece, then wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, and enjoy the cheesy goodness inside!
