Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the sausage and set aside with the bacon.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the diced onion and garlic until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir in smoked paprika, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir the cooked sausage and bacon back into the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
