  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 tbsp herbal tea leaves (like chamomile or peppermint)
  • 6-8 silicone molds (round or sphere-shaped)
  • 1/2 cup hot water

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Heat over low heat until all the ingredients are well blended.
  2. Place the herbal tea leaves in the bottom of each silicone mold.
  3. Pour the honey mixture evenly into the molds, covering the tea leaves.
  4. Let the tea bombs cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until solidified.
  5. Once hardened, carefully remove the tea bombs from the molds.
  6. To enjoy, place one tea bomb in a mug and pour 8-10 ounces of hot water over it. Stir until the honey melts, releasing the tea leaves and spices.
