  1. Ingredients:
  • 1 package phyllo dough (about 12 sheets), thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the phyllo dough sheets on a clean surface. Brush each sheet lightly with melted butter and layer it on top of the previous sheet. Repeat until you have about 6-8 layers of phyllo dough.
