- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups Doritos (crushed, plus extra for topping)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, corn, bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the crushed Doritos to the mixture, reserving some for the topping, and stir gently to combine without crushing the chips too much.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos for extra crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
