- Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth

Directions:
