- Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for dusting)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
- Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter (if using) in the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumb mixture on top of the peanut butter.
- Add a small handful of milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the graham crackers.
- Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla in toward the center to form a square or hexagon-shaped wrap, sealing in the filling.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a serving plate. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
