Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes, for serving

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the gravy with two forks and stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
