Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or mashed potatoes, for serving
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the gravy with two forks and stir to combine.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
