Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth as a substitute)
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 package angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and white wine until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Add mushrooms if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
