Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
