Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, toss the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of the ranch dressing mixture. Set aside.
