- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mayo mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
- Press each chicken breast into the cracker and cheese mixture, coating evenly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.
