- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece.
