Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Extra ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the ranch dressing, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll each ranch-coated chicken tender in the bacon-breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
- Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
