Crispy Bacon Ranch Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Extra ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with olive oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the ranch dressing, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Roll each ranch-coated chicken tender in the bacon-breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
  5. Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
