- 1/2 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes for a spicy kick
Directions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread guacamole evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top the guacamole with two slices of cooked bacon on each slice, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the other slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
