  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 pound ground beef or chicken (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
