  1. Ingredients:
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade if preferred)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped spinach for 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
