Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken strips in the spice mixture, making sure each piece is well seasoned.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
