Crack Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (for toppings)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for grilling)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and diced onions (if using). Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve immediately.
