Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (for toppings)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for grilling)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and diced onions (if using). Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve immediately.
