- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fried wonton strips (for serving)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the dip mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the crab and cheese: Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
- Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with fried wonton strips for dipping.
