Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fried wonton strips (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dip mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the crab and cheese: Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with fried wonton strips for dipping.
