- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
