Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, pizza sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
