- Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and form it into a loaf shape.
- Bake the meatloaf for 25-30 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
- While the meatloaf is baking, heat the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl and stir to combine.
