Ingredients:
- 1 lb hot dogs, sliced
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced hot dogs, frozen tater tots, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
