Cheesy Hot Dog Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hot dogs, sliced
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced hot dogs, frozen tater tots, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
