- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers (such as Ritz)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until combined. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
