These BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos bring all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger into a shareable, crave-worthy dish. Crispy tortilla chips are piled high with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, crumbled bacon, and fresh toppings like pickles, onions, and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
