Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- While the salmon cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey and lemon juice until combined.
- Once the salmon is seared, flip the fillets and pour the honey butter mixture over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
