  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 2 cups chicken broth (for the rice)
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for the rice)
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for the rice)
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    Directions:
    1. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
