- Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars
Ingredients:
- For the Bars:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as peanuts or almonds)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, crushed Butterfinger bars, and chopped nuts (if using). Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the Butterfinger mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips on top. Let them sit for a couple of minutes to soften, then spread them evenly over the bars.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the chocolate layer.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing them into squares. For best results, refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
