Buffalo Ranch Chicken Alfredo Quesadillas combine the bold, spicy flavors of buffalo sauce with the creamy, rich goodness of Alfredo sauce, creating a mouthwatering fusion of two favorites. The melted cheese adds an indulgent, gooey texture, while the crispy tortillas provide the perfect crunch in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  4. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place one tortilla back into the skillet and spread a layer of Alfredo sauce over the top.
  5. Layer with a generous portion of the buffalo ranch chicken mixture, followed by the cheese blend. Top with another tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down gently to ensure the quesadilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet and slice into wedges. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve the quesadillas hot with extra ranch or buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
