Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty, and place a scoop of the Buffalo chicken mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the beef around the filling, sealing it well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or on the grill. Cook the stuffed burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side, until the beef is fully cooked and the cheese is melted inside.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the Buffalo chicken stuffed burger, pickles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
