Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty, and place a scoop of the Buffalo chicken mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the beef around the filling, sealing it well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or on the grill. Cook the stuffed burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side, until the beef is fully cooked and the cheese is melted inside.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the Buffalo chicken stuffed burger, pickles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
