Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or wonton chips for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the shredded crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or wonton chips.
