Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons blue food coloring
    • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 4 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon milk (adjust for consistency)
    • Additional crushed Oreos for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar, whisking until well blended. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Stir in the blue food coloring and crushed Oreo cookies, mixing until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  6. While the brownies are cooling, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until the frosting is creamy.
  7. Once the brownies have cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top for decoration. Cut into squares and serve.
