Bloody Mary Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka (optional for a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh celery sticks, olives, or pickles for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, vodka (if using), Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning according to your preference; you may want to add more hot sauce for extra heat or more lemon juice for brightness.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze. If desired, add small pieces of celery, olives, or pickles to the molds for added flavor and decoration.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!
