Ingredients:
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup vodka (optional for a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh celery sticks, olives, or pickles for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, vodka (if using), Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning according to your preference; you may want to add more hot sauce for extra heat or more lemon juice for brightness.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze. If desired, add small pieces of celery, olives, or pickles to the molds for added flavor and decoration.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!
