- Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly on a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
- Place the top half of the bun on each and serve warm.
