Big Mac Sloppy Joes

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons mustard
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 1 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
    Directions:
    1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
    2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
    3. Stir in ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
    4. Toast the hamburger buns lightly on a separate skillet or in the oven.
    5. Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
    6. Place the top half of the bun on each and serve warm.
