Big Mac Sloppy Joes

These Big Mac Sloppy Joes combine the iconic flavors of a Big Mac burger with the comforting texture of sloppy joes. The juicy ground beef is simmered with a zesty sauce that features pickles, ketchup, and mustard, all served on toasted buns and topped with fresh lettuce and cheddar cheese.

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 cup onion, diced
    • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 1 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • Additional pickles for topping (optional)
    Directions:
    1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
    2. Stir in the chopped dill pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
    3. While the mixture simmers, lightly toast the hamburger buns.
    4. Assemble the Sloppy Joes by spooning the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and additional pickles if desired.
    5. Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich and serve immediately.
