Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 12 slider buns
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- ½ cup pickled red onions (optional)
Directions:
- Slice the chicken breasts into small, slider-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl with the buttermilk, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge each piece in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toast the slider buns and assemble: spread Bang Bang sauce on each bun, top with fried chicken, shredded lettuce, and pickled red onions (if using).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
