- Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
For the Banana Cream Layer:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Whipped Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream, heavy cream, mashed bananas, and flour until the mixture is well combined. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake the cheesecake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly ajar, and allow the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
- After the cheesecake has cooled, remove it from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For the banana cream layer, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the chilled cheesecake.

- For the whipped topping, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form. Spoon a dollop of the whipped topping over the banana slices.
- Garnish with additional banana slices and serve chilled.
