Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

    Ingredients:

    • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    • Marinara or ranch dressing (for dipping)

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
    2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
    3. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet with the skin side down.
    4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
    5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
