Bacon Macaroni Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups prepared mac & cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef and mac & cheese over the pizza.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle diced pickles over the pizza for extra crunch and tangy flavor.
  8. Slice and serve hot!
