Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups prepared mac & cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef and mac & cheese over the pizza.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Sprinkle diced pickles over the pizza for extra crunch and tangy flavor.
- Slice and serve hot!
