Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups prepared mac & cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until fully browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Mix the BBQ sauce into the cooked beef and set aside.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave.
  4. In the center of each tortilla, layer some mac & cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and a scoop of the BBQ ground beef mixture.
  5. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and diced pickles if desired.
  6. Fold the tortillas into wraps by folding in the sides and rolling them up tightly.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly toast the wraps for about 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm!
