Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups prepared mac & cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced (optional)
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until fully browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix the BBQ sauce into the cooked beef and set aside.
- Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer some mac & cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and a scoop of the BBQ ground beef mixture.
- Add a dollop of mayonnaise and diced pickles if desired.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps by folding in the sides and rolling them up tightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly toast the wraps for about 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm!
