Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Spread the dough pieces evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheese over the biscuit pieces.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits and toppings.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and green onions, if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
- Allow the bake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
