Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Spread the dough pieces evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheese over the biscuit pieces.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits and toppings.
  6. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and green onions, if using.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Allow the bake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
