avory Caesar Chicken

Caesar Chicken brings all the bold flavors of the classic Caesar salad into a hearty, savory chicken dish. The creamy Caesar dressing and melted Parmesan cheese create a rich, comforting coating on the chicken, while the fresh parsley and optional croutons add a touch of freshness and crunch.

  1. Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional for topping)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and pour in the Caesar dressing, stirring to deglaze the pan and pick up any flavorful bits stuck to the bottom.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some of the dressing over the top of each breast, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and optional crushed croutons for added crunch.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
