- Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to gently scoop out some of the flesh from the center of each half to create a small well for the filling. Be careful not to scoop too much—leave enough avocado to hold the filling.
