Amazing Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

– 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked

– 1 packet dry onion soup mix

– 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.

Prepare Rice and Chicken: Spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
