Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning to the pan, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
