Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  4. While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning to the pan, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
