Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Roll each salmon piece in panko breadcrumbs for a crispy exterior.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
